Product Overview: View Documents from Great Plains

From any of the accounts payable related screens in Great Plains, users may click the new "Manage Attachments" button to launch the ImageNet document locator screen.

When this screen is first launched, the user is prompted for their ImageNet username and password. Upon authenticating, the user is presented with a list of stored documents related to the current Great Plains invoice or vendor. The user may then view any of the related documents by simply clicking on the desired row in the document list.
