Product Overview: Web-Based Index/Correction

ImageNet can automatically route un-indexed or partially indexed documents to various queues, enabling users to easily enter or verify the index field values from a web browser. The indexing process uses field level image zooming, drop-down lists, database lookups, automated data formatting and other features to create a highly ergonomic Key-From-Image process.

The workflow module also enables configurable business process automation scenarios, where documents are routed to users who need to take action on them. The workflow module is integrated with ImageNet's role-based security model, allowing groups of users to work from the same queue. Documents can also be routed between users in an ad-hoc manner.
